Christopher 'Roc' Ohly

As native of Milwaukee, Roc spent most of his childhood runnin' with the wrong crowd and drinking his fair share of whisky, characteristics that have endured to this day.  He's been performing music since age 7 in concert halls, shopping malls, frat parties and beer tastings.  In 1993, Roc bailed Erik out of jail (on a whim, didn't really know him) and after a cup of coffee, they decided to bring the hundred year brass band tradition to the Midwest as Mama Digdown's Brass Jackson, then Mama Digdown's Brass Junction and a few years later the legendary Mama Digdown's Brass Band.  As charming as Roc is, he's much better known for his quirky, oddballish way of saying, quoting and explaining things; a mixaphorical malaprop if you will.  Overall, folks put up with his antics because 'people like what they like 'cause that's what they like' (or they just feel sorry for him). Presently he spends his days in south-central Wisconsin living off the fat of the land with his lovely family; Jen, Jack, Cate and Wisconsin (the fish).
